Yara is opening up for summer internships in 2018 and is looking for new enthusiastic talents to join some of our exciting projects. One student will be given the opportunity to spend 6-8 weeks within Corporate Finance, Crop Nutrition Controlling team.
The Crop Nutrition Segment is Yara’s Marketing and Sales organization for fertilizer and crop solutions. We are present in more than 50 countries and organized within 6 Business Units. The Crop Nutrition controlling team is responsible for the segment’s business planning process, performance monitoring/reporting and various controlling activities.
As a summer intern in Corporate Finance, CFO Crop Nutrition area, you will be engaged in the preparation of a Business Plan for 2019 and presentation to the Segment Management.
To drive performance we do extensive internal benchmarking to identify performance gaps.
As the markets have very different characteristics, your main responsibility related to this work will be to do an in debt analysis within specific cost and revenue flows. In addition, you will be engaged in relevant tasks across the Finance function, such as Quarter end reporting.
- Student with 1-2 years left of their Master’s degree within Business Administration/Finance or similar
- Fluency in English, other languages an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive and with an ability to take initiative and work independently
- Structured and analytical
- Good cooperation and communication skills
The position is based at our headquarters in Oslo.
